After getting married, James and Prudence decided it was time to upgrade from their apartment to a house.  So, they contacted loan officers and real estate agents.  They went shopping for books on how to buy a house and searched the internet for information.  The whole process took about 2 weeks before finding "the one"!
The real estate agent had set up appointments to look at homes, and after visiting two homes, the couple decided to call it quits.  The agent gave them the other

listing they didn't look at so they could drive by it on their way home.  About 5 blocks before they reached that house, they saw an open house sign and decided to stop in.  This was their house, it had almost everything they were looking for!
So, after signing the papers and much haggling, the couple agreed to move into their new house on January 14, 2000.  Please see above-left for their new address.  This is effective after 1-14-00.
